Shaina Loew-Banayan

Shaina is unfortunately from New Jersey and is sorry about it but believes it doesn’t show too badly.  They were a finalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef New York category in 2023 and are nominated for the same prestigious award this year.

Shaina continues to express themself through the media of offal and emulsified meat, which may or may not continue to go well for them but is a blessed calling regardless.
